Flowers · Gossip · Poetry · sky Garden Gossip June 3, 2016 jeanicedeering The field of Forget-me-nots couldn’t contain itself, it grew outside the bed. Snapdragons snickered when they heard Sweet William’s secret, (Sweet Williams) but Flax stood by, winking her lovely blue eyes, upon hearing what was said. Bearded Irises fluffed up their bustles, while the crab spider stood on guard. Fairies danced around the Thyme as bees pollinated her flowers. Lady’s Mantle dished out of her leaves, to give the bees a drink. Dutch Iris hovered, as butterflies, above the garden green. Teresa Bugnot set glorious bloom, Sharifa Asma quietly blushed, and filled the air with such perfume, that everyone nearly swooned. William Shakespeare contemplated the sun, the clouds and rain. The Impressionist climbed gracefully above the garden terrain, as her candy-scented blooms glowed from within. All the garden residents began to snooze when the pink and blue sky greeted the Evening Star. Tomorrow they will laugh again in the yellow morning light. Share this:TwitterFacebookLike Loading...
