Around the Sun~ 2016

No one is excused from our annual journey around our star, Sol, also known as, The Sun.

It doesn’t matter which hemisphere you live in. It doesn’t matter if you are a lion, or a human. It doesn’t matter if you have a tree house.

It doesn’t matter if you have designer clothes. It doesn’t matter if you have a runny nose. It doesn’t matter if you forgot to pay your phone bill, what color your eyes are or who you love.

We all go around the sun together, The starting point has not been determined. Some say it’s on the Vernal Equinox, and some say it’s after harvest in the Fall. The general acceptance of January One is convenient for commerce.

It could be an individual thing, since everyone starts the journey on their birthday.

Even the Earth doesn’t agree on what day the journey starts, for when it is Spring in the North, it is Fall  in the South.

Still, we go around Sol on a journey of 365 days. We are all here, as we live and die. We all share this planet, you and I.
